Niall Colton graduated in 2012 with an Honours degree in Common and Civil Law with Spanish, studying at Queen’s University Belfast and the Universidad de Zaragoza in Spain. He joined Flynn & McGettrick as a trainee solicitor in September 2012 and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland in 2014.
Niall is a specialist family law solicitor and a member of both the Law Society Children Order Panel and the Court Children’s Guardian Panel. He represents clients in a broad range of family-related legal matters.

- Divorce & Ancillary Relief: Divorce petitions in the County Court and High Court; financial settlements and converting matrimonial agreements into court orders.
- Separation Agreements: Negotiating and implementing agreements related to shared property and assets.
