Anne Caldwell studied Law at Queen’s University Belfast and the Institute of Professional Legal Studies. She was admitted as a solicitor in 1984 and has specialised in family law since 1986, when she joined Flynn & McGettrick. She became a Partner in the firm in 1993.
Anne represents clients in all areas of family law and appears regularly in the Family Proceedings Court, Family Care Centre, County Court, High Court, and Court of Appeal. She is known for her tireless advocacy, practical advice, and commitment to achieving fair outcomes for her clients.

- Children Order Proceedings: Contact, residence, care orders, and Guardian ad Litem matters.
- Matrimonial Law: Divorce, financial settlements, and separation issues.
