Nuala graduated in Law from QUB in 1994 and attended the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in Belfast.
Since qualifying Nuala has specialised in Conveyancing. Nuala joined the Conveyancing Department of Flynn & McGettrick in 2002. She has managed an extensive range of Conveyancing projects, including residential house sales, purchases and re-mortgages, for private clients as well as sales and purchases of properties, drafting and negotiating commercial Leases, together with completion of securities for commercial clients . Nuala has acted for charitable organisations in Northern Ireland and has gained valuable experience in the property sector through this work. She has also undertaken the property work for a local Housing Association giving her valuable insight into the public sector and social housing.
Nuala also offers services in our Probate Department and in the Administration of Estates.
